When you are starting Aikido at Balance you don’t need to buy an expensive uniform.

Track pants or leggings and a t-shirt will do fine… also make sure to bring some water.

Our next 4 week adults Aikido beginner’s course starts soon.

The course costs 60 euro and the class time is 8pm on Wednesdays.
